Cancellation Policy

Valery Alignment is committed to providing all clients with exceptional care. When a client cancels without giving enough notice, they prevent another client from being seen.

Should you wish to cancel your appointment for a full refund (minus a small admin fee), please contact Valery at least 48 hours prior to your scheduled appointment. To cancel a Monday appointment, please make contact before 5pm on Friday.

If prior notification is not received or received within 48 hours of your appointment, no refund will be payable.

Appointments can be rescheduled via our website booking service or contact Valery at least 24 hours prior to your rescheduled appointment.

Reminders will be sent by email 48 hours prior to your appointment.
