The Path Of Least Resistance: How Letting Go of Resistance Changed Everything
Looking back, I can see how much I used to resist certain actions. Not because they were wrong for me, but because of my own limiting beliefs. Instead of moving forward, I would dissociate, feel shame, or make excuses. It wasn’t intentional—I just didn’t see another way.
Now, I’m a lot more aware of myself. I recognize when I start to slip into old patterns, and instead of getting stuck, I redirect. I deliberately create a better structure that ensures flow. The difference? My vibration has shifted, and I can tell because the results speak for themselves.
1. Creation Feels Easier
Even though I’m in the busiest time of my life, it’s easier than ever to create. New projects come to life without the heaviness they used to carry. I no longer waste energy battling resistance—I use it to build.
2. Structure Feels Lighter
I used to resist structure and discipline, but now it feels different. There’s no weight in my emotional body when I commit to a plan. Without that resistance, I no longer need dissociation or procrastination—both of which were just tools my mind used to avoid taking action. Now, movement forward feels natural.
3. Expansion Everywhere
As I’ve embraced this shift, I’ve watched every area of my life expand. My family, my close relationships, my practice, my projects—they’re all growing. And not in a forced way, but in a way that feels aligned and sustainable.
The path of least resistance isn’t about doing less—it’s about removing what makes things feel hard in the first place. Now that I’m no longer working against myself, everything flows. And that has made all the difference.
Where are you still resisting? And what could shift if you stopped fighting and let things move the way they were meant to?
In the upcoming weeks I’m going to launch a new offering- Remote healing containers. These are a great way to take the first steps to work through some blockages. Stay tuned!
I want to thank dear Jason Parks from ‘The Life Principle’ for his wisdom and support of my process.
