Lower Body Alignment

This comprehensive workshop will give you all the basic information you need to understand how to improve the function of your feet and hips, reduce foot, knee, hip and back pain and give you take home stretches and mobility exercises.

If you're a health professional, personal trainer, Yoga or Pilates trainer, this workshop will give you knowledge on fundamental biomechanics of the lower limb in everyday language as well as tricks you can teach your clients to help them improve drastically in their training or healing process with you!

Any gym enthusiast or athlete will benefit from taking this short class and start implementing this routine regularly.

The lower body alignment workshop originated in the Functional Alignment method. It has been offered previously in private clinics as well as the Tolman Centre as a part of the guests' weekly plan and received many praises by the participants who are still commenting on the benefits it has brought into their lives, such as reduction of chronic pain, restricted movement and valuble knowledge each person should have.

Please wear comfortable clothes, bring a water bottle and expect to be taking your shoes off and work those toes!
