Lower Body Alignment Workshop

This comprehensive workshop will give you all the basic information you need to understand how to improve the function of your feet and hips, reduce foot, knee, hip, and back pain, and give you take-home stretches and mobility exercises.

Suppose you're a health professional, personal trainer, Yoga or Pilates trainer.
